Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper to become a part of our team based in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will be administering bookkeeping services to a diverse portfolio of small businesses and building strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibility:

Manage bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of small businesses
Utilize QuickBooks desktop and online to maintain accurate financial records
Engage with clients regularly to understand their needs and provide tailored financial services
Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Travel to client locations within 30 minutes of the office for in-person meetings and discussions
Contribute to the growth of the company by ensuring client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

Proficiency in basic bookkeeping principles and procedures
Expertise in using QuickBooks for financial management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Detail-oriented certification in Bookkeeping (preferred)

Nice to have:

Detail-oriented certification in Bookkeeping
