Job Description:

We are offering a short-term part-time contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Cleveland, Ohio. This role will primarily revolve around transactional accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and handling customer inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Regularly recording and tracking financial transactions
Ensuring all accounts are balanced and discrepancies swiftly rectified
Completing month-end close procedures in a timely and accurate manner
Managing and maintaining investment accounts and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Updating and maintaining the Yardi system with accurate financial data
Conducting regular account reconciliations
Ensuring all bookkeeping tasks are completed accurately and within set deadlines
Efficiently handling data entry tasks related to financial records
Using QuickBooks for various accounting tasks and processes

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation tasks
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) management
Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processing
Expertise in executing Bank Reconciliations
Strong background in general Bookkeeping practices
Ability to perform accurate and efficient Data Entry tasks
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience managing Month End Close procedures
Proficiency in Payroll administration
Familiarity with QuickBooks software
