Job Description:

The Boutique Attendant at The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the shop's appearance, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for guests. The role involves greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, processing transactions, and adhering to company policies and standards.

Job Responsibility:

Greet customers
Assist in locating merchandise
Respond to questions
Display merchandise
Restock items
Check expiration dates
Complete customer purchases
Process payments
Process returns, refunds, and exchanges
Verify customer identification
Maintain cash drawer
Follow opening and closing checklist
Secure shop
Monitor customer activity
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Follow company policies
Maintain uniform and appearance
Protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Assist individuals with disabilities
Speak professionally
Answer telephones
Develop positive relationships
Comply with quality standards
Perform physical tasks

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
