This role involves various administrative tasks, including processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a liaison between corporate HR and on-site personnel.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting with the hiring process, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and invoicing
Overseeing job costing, reporting, job set up, and project pre-qualifications
Coordinating with field personnel who may not be accustomed to paperwork
Processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Dayforce
Administering benefits, including 401k - RRSP Administration, Auditing, Benefit Functions, Claim Administration, and Cobra Administration
Utilizing CRM to maintain accurate customer and project records
Exercising patience and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction/contractor industry
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
