Job Description:

A leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) company is seeking a Brand Executive to support brand strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance market presence. Responsibilities include brand strategy support, campaign execution, market analysis, product launches, and content creation.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in developing and executing marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Coordinate the rollout of campaigns across digital, in-store, and event channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights for the brand team
Support new product development and launch initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and social media content
Track campaign performance, compile reports, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
Work closely with sales, trade marketing, and external agencies to ensure alignment on brand initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the CPG or beverage industry
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and consumer behavior
Excellent communication and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus
A team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for building impactful brands
