Job Description:

Lead the growth of a beloved brand in Japan, leveraging innovative strategies and digital activations in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role entails developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, leading cross-functional teams, and launching new products.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve sales targets, market share goals, and profitability objectives
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Lead the development and launch of new products, creating compelling marketing campaigns to drive trial and adoption
Manage the brand's budget and resources effectively
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing plans
Lead and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in brand marketing within the FMCG industry, ideally with experience managing a brand P&L
Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving brand growth
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media and online advertising
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English
A passion for the FMCG industry and a proven ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions
Experience in food marketing is preferred
A collaborative and proactive approach to team work
