Job Description:

Randstad is partnering with a major Building Surveying Consultancy in Manchester who have a national presence and cover projects across multiple sectors in the public and private sectors, with a strong brand and reputation with its clients. We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor who is working in a project and consultancy environment to join an established and successful team in Manchester.

Job Responsibility:

Defect analysis
Dilapidations
Schedules of condition
Expert witness work
Party wall matters

Requirements:

Degree in building surveying
Part way towards APC or already MRICS
Experience in building surveying in a project and consultancy environment
