Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join a prestigious global consultancy’s Surrey-based team of 16 professionals. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of private and public sector clients, gaining exposure to high-profile projects while advancing your career within a supportive and dynamic team.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering the full suite of building surveying services for private and public sector clients
Managing projects such as refurbishments and retrofit schemes from inception to completion
Carrying out contract administration and project management tasks
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Collaborating with team members to ensure project success

Requirements:

A RICS-accredited degree (essential)
MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
A background in construction consultancy, with public sector experience advantageous
Strong project management, contract administration, and written communication abilities
A UK driving license

Nice to have:

MRICS qualification
Public sector experience
