Job Description:

A multi-disciplinary, diverse consultancy with three offices across the SE, are seeking a Building Surveyor who has party wall knowledge and skills. This is an opportunity for a general practice Building Surveyor, who has a keen interest in carrying out party walls and will thrive in a close-knit team.

Job Responsibility:

Working on a range of properties for predominantly public sector clients
Delivering the full scope of building surveying services (general practice)
Delivering party wall services

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Not essential)
RICS accredited degree
Party wall experience is essential
2+ years within a similar practice
