Job Description:

A well-regarded consultancy with multiple offices across the Southeast is seeking a Building Surveyor with specialist expertise in party wall services to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled Building Surveyor with a passion for party wall matters, who thrives in a collaborative and personable environment that values individual contributions.

Job Responsibility:

Providing a full range of general practice building surveying services
Delivering party wall services for a variety of projects and clients
Cultivating and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes
Offering expert advice and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements

Requirements:

MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
A RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying
Extensive party wall experience (essential)
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a consultancy environment
Strong communication and client relationship management skills
A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery
