Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative in the T-Mobile for Business Channel, you will play a crucial role in marketing our company's portfolio of business products and services to existing customers. This is a true hunter role! We're looking for driven, persistent, and outstanding sales professionals to bring our products and services to underserved customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct daily customer communication and follow-ups using various tools, including outbound/inbound phone calls, emails, and online meetings/appointments
  • Perform research to understand customers' unique needs, key contacts, and potential business opportunities
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initiating the initial call and presenting a proposal to finalizing an order for each customer interaction
  • Attend all required product and service training to develop an in-depth knowledge of T-Mobile products and services

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • 2 years of experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position (Required)
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, and/or retention (Preferred)
  • Organization: Ability to demonstrate efficient organizational skills, prioritize tasks, and respond to incoming activities with a sense of urgency and accuracy
  • Task Management: Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multitasking (Required)
  • Customer Relations & Tools: Experience with outreach, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Outlook, and WebEx Meetings (Preferred)
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Ability to enter and update activities, events, appointments, calls, sales opportunities, and contacts in Salesforce to ensure accurate and timely reporting (Preferred)
  • Communication: Strong listening skills and confident verbal communication
  • ability to speak with clarity and maintain a positive tone (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
