This role will involve a range of responsibilities including handling phone calls, managing business files, preparing business documents, and providing support for the sales team. This is a dynamic role within a fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
Manage and update business files to ensure they are accurate and easily accessible
Prepare various business documents such as reports and letters
Sort and distribute incoming mail and respond as necessary
Follow up with customers as required
Utilize Microsoft Excel to report daily and monthly sales and support the sales team by inputting orders and sales
Use QuickBooks for invoicing, daily metrics reports, and entering sales orders
Collect customer resell certificates and coordinate with delivery drivers
Manage backlog and distribute daily sales metrics reports
Create and update a weekly inventory email using the production system to count inventory and provide information to the team
Register the business for industry tradeshows and events, and coordinate the planning and setup of booths
Conduct weekly audits of the production board and keys to ensure accuracy and consistency
Requirements:
Proficiency in Billing and handling billing-related concerns
Exceptional Data Entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Experience in Invoice Processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments
Strong knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with QuickBooks and its various applications for accounting tasks
