Job Description:

The Business Analysis Manager delivers big insights and helps leaders throughout the business to make critical strategic and operational decisions and shape the long-term vision of T-Mobile. The Business Analysis Manager is responsible for coordinating insights and analysis to build and refine executive level presentations. They create customer-centric recommendations informed by analysis, good business acumen and partner with the business to drive improvements in a matrixed environment through creativity, and effective communication. They partner with various teams including marketing, product and platform teams to support executive readouts on complex modeling and analysis requests.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate closely with analytics leadership to develop executive level (VP+) presentations on various TFB performance topics tailored to specific stakeholder audiences
Apply analytical and modeling capability to improve decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Data analysis, data science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience
4-7 years Working experience building executive level presentations with crisp storylines that leverage data-driven insights to inform clear business recommendations
4-7 years Working experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
4-7 years Working experience reporting and analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
4-7 years Working experience in advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research
Working experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred
Telecommunications preferred
