Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects within Treasury and Trade Solutions Technology, collaborating with technology SMEs and business owners managing systems and business groups across the bank to develop this franchise-critical strategic platform. The core focus of this position is the enhancement and development of an application to support the bank’s treasury funding process, managed by the Treasury Funding Group based in Budapest, Hungary.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise a business analytic team supporting one large system or multiple systems
Provide direction and technical leadership on complex, high-impact projects
Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations
Resolve issues that have impact beyond own area
Work as a team to achieve objectives and negotiate with internal and external parties
Act as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
Ability to manage teams

Requirements:

8+ years of Relevant experience with a large financial organisation
Very good understanding of the payments domain and subtleties of Intraday Liquidity Management
Demonstrated leadership skills
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines
Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques
Basic SQL and/or programming skills (Java/.NET) knowledge is an added benefit
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience preferred
Master's degree preferred
