Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with internal teams and external business partners to lead enterprise-wide initiatives
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in clear and formal Business Requirements Document (BRD) formats
Work on operational process flows, system changes, implementations, and integrations
Employ proven methodologies such as uses cases, user stories, or requirement specifications to drive success
Provide best practices to streamline processes, ensuring efficient and effective solutions
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

Requirements:

Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a track record of engaging stakeholders
Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements for large-scale projects
Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies
Ability to adapt quickly and bring innovative approaches to solving complex business challenges
A self-motivated, flexible, and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
