Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst - NetSuite with a strong background in optimizing ERP systems to support start-up business in the healthcare industry. This position will focus on enhancing NetSuite ERP functionality to align with operational and compliance requirements while collaborating across multiple business units like Sales and Marketing.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the implementation and customization of NetSuite modules
conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions
optimize NetSuite's integration with Sales and Marketing
develop dashboards and analytics
integrate tools to enhance efficiency
ensure compliance with regulatory standards
evaluate and maintain data integrity
monitor KPIs and refine processes
craft and update SOPs, workflows, and training guides
lead continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Science or Business
minimum 4+ years working as a Business Analyst in life sciences or healthcare
hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP modules and system optimization
strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, and financial workflows
