Job Description:

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Business Analyst II in Juno Beach, Florida. This role is positioned within the industry and involves tasks such as conducting operational analyses, working on special projects, and contributing to process design and report development.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinating project tasks to align with project goals and timelines
Utilizing tools like Qmetry, JIRA, and Microsoft Projects to facilitate clear communication among team members
Conducting quantitative and qualitative research to support informed decision making within the business unit
Managing multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure timely completion of project milestones
Identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions to mitigate risks
Contributing to the design and modification of processes
Developing reports using standardized tools and techniques

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft PowerPoint
Solid background in project management
Familiarity with staff onboarding process
Proven ability in effective collaboration with team members
Experience in dealing with suppliers and managing relationships
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Ability to lead special projects and achieve set milestones
Proficiency in commission functions
Willingness to work onsite as required
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage timelines
Experience with expense account management and mitigation strategies
Ability to coordinate with different business units
Proficiency in using JIRA or similar project management tools
Strong quantitative analysis skills
Experience in creating and executing validation plans

Nice to have:

Experience with business procedures and their implementation
Proficiency in project management software for efficient test management and issue tracking
Familiarity with tools like Qmetry, JIRA, and Microsoft Projects
Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to contribute to process design and report development
