Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Business Analyst (IT) - Expert based in Quincy, Massachusetts. Our team operates within the IT industry, and this role will primarily be on-site with the possibility of a hybrid arrangement at a later time.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate user meetings and interviews to define business/system requirements
Develop use cases and conduct research to resolve issues
Participate in business analysis project planning and management
Document and maintain plans, manage issue logs, and prepare project documentation
Analyze current processes and recommend solutions for improved processes
Oversee the acquisition, analysis, and dissemination of subject matter knowledge
Provide technical and business knowledge to clients
Stay updated with technological and competitive developments
Conduct research on industry practices, standards, and other benchmarking data
Code and maintain business application programs from user instructions or formal functional specifications
Participate in the analysis and testing phases in the development cycle
Translate business requirements to system requirements into Agile Stories
Utilize an analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and logical thinking to break larger problems into smaller ones to address them from a requirements perspective
Use software skills such as Excel and JIRA proficiently
Contribute as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and geo-diverse team
