Job Description:

This role involves comprehensive business analysis tasks, including the elicitation, examination, and documentation of business requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Elicit business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis
Accurately create detailed user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams to articulate business needs
Collaborate with technical teams to convert business requirements into functional specifications
Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure the designed solutions meet business objectives
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose appropriate solutions
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in banking and financial software
Utilize business analysis tools and techniques such as UML and Agile methodologies
Work with financial software applications including core banking, lending, and treasury management

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the Financial Services industry
Proficient in utilizing Atlassian Jira as a project management tool
Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Ability to perform gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience with AB Testing and its application in business strategy
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and their implementation
Understanding of Business Process Functions and ability to optimize them
Proven ability in writing and managing Business Requirement Documents
Experience in Claim Administration, preferably in the financial sector
Knowledge of Fiserv system is advantageous
