Job Description:

Permanent employment opportunity for a Business Analyst role focused on analyzing, specifying, and validating business needs across multiple projects, communicating with stakeholders, and managing projects.

Job Responsibility:

Gather technical requirements to support the business needs
Document data process and system for future reference and clarity
Lead technical communications with Product Owners and other business contacts
Assist with Software Development Methodology practices
Oversee the coordination of projects
Carry out additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Ability to conduct Gap Analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Experience in AB Testing
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
Understanding of Business Process Functions
Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents
Knowledge of Claim Administration
