Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between key stakeholders and the project team, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and identifying trends and patterns through data analysis.

Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate and engage in stakeholder interactions to document business needs, objectives, and challenges
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, surveys, and meetings to comprehensively gather project requirements
  • Translate and analyze the gathered business requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement specifications (FRS)
  • Prepare use cases, process flow diagrams, and system mockups to effectively visualize proposed solutions
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify the alignment of proposed solutions with business needs
  • Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements or optimizations
  • Analyze proposed solutions, identify gaps and issues, and suggest necessary modifications
  • Uphold best practices and standards in business analysis and documentation
  • Conduct data analysis to provide insights into trends and patterns

  • Have experience in conducting audits and identifying areas for business process optimization
  • Display the ability to create and deliver effective presentations to various stakeholders
  • Show leadership skills and the ability to liaise effectively with different departments within the organization
  • Have a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and data modeling
  • Be familiar with best practices in business analysis and able to apply these in various business scenarios
  • Exhibit a strong ability to understand and specify business requirements
  • Show strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Have experience conducting surveys and analyzing results to inform business decisions
  • Be proficient in the use of computer science techniques and tools, including diagramming software
  • Have a strong understanding of business process functions and the ability to identify patterns and areas for modification
  • Be able to manage project plans effectively, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
