Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between key stakeholders and the project team, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and identifying trends and patterns through data analysis.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate and engage in stakeholder interactions to document business needs, objectives, and challenges
Conduct workshops, interviews, surveys, and meetings to comprehensively gather project requirements
Translate and analyze the gathered business requirements into detailed technical specifications
Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement specifications (FRS)
Prepare use cases, process flow diagrams, and system mockups to effectively visualize proposed solutions
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements
Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify the alignment of proposed solutions with business needs
Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements or optimizations
Analyze proposed solutions, identify gaps and issues, and suggest necessary modifications
Uphold best practices and standards in business analysis and documentation
Conduct data analysis to provide insights into trends and patterns

Show proficiency in the creation and maintenance of documentation, including business requirement documents
Have experience in conducting audits and identifying areas for business process optimization
Display the ability to create and deliver effective presentations to various stakeholders
Show leadership skills and the ability to liaise effectively with different departments within the organization
Have a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and data modeling
Be familiar with best practices in business analysis and able to apply these in various business scenarios
Exhibit a strong ability to understand and specify business requirements
Show strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
Have experience conducting surveys and analyzing results to inform business decisions
Be proficient in the use of computer science techniques and tools, including diagramming software
Have a strong understanding of business process functions and the ability to identify patterns and areas for modification
Be able to manage project plans effectively, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
