Job Description:

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong grasp of I&IT enterprise solutions and stakeholder collaboration? Our client seeks a highly skilled Business Analyst to support initiatives that require end-to-end business analysis, from identifying client needs to enabling effective I&IT solutions. The successful candidate will lead sessions, perform detailed requirements gathering, and support both solution development and validation in a dynamic public sector environment. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts, with a strong focus on delivering actionable insights and driving successful project outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs
Interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their requirements through gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements
Prepares and advises on business analysis policies, processes, best practices and standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent business analysis practice within the organization

Requirements:

Ability to lead and conduct business analysis in order to assess client’s business problems/opportunities and document the business requirements in such a way that I&IT solutions can be determined
Working knowledge of business system technologies to provide technical expertise and advice
Knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform App & MS Dynamics
Ability to lead JAD sessions, interviews and product demonstrations/reviews
