Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the design and implementation phases of the OMS system. In addition, you will engage in documentation, support UAT, analyze business processes, and collaborate closely with the global team to ensure successful project execution.

Job Responsibility:

Act as a Business Analyst in the design and implementation phases of the OMS system
engage in the creation of design documents and the documentation of system requirements
support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in the creation and execution of test cases
analyze and propose improvements to relevant business processes
translate system requirements into business requirements
leverage knowledge of front, back, and middle-office business processes
collaborate closely with the global team
work alongside the Project Manager (PM) and other BAs to ensure successful execution.

Requirements:

7-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
experience working in securities firms, trust banks, or asset management companies, with experience in system design
strong ability to define and document requirements
proficiency in English (Japanese language skills are a plus)
knowledge of OMS, swift, NRI, Istar, Tstar, and related systems
experience with waterfall development methodologies
understanding of UAT and the creation of test cases and testing procedures
experience with Scrum development, particularly in design and testing is preferred.
