Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and work closely with stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies. This role is crucial in identifying areas for improvement, optimizing workflows, and ensuring successful project execution.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather detailed requirements
Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for optimization
Develop and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
Work with IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth
Support project management efforts by tracking progress, risks, and deliverables
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive business innovation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Familiarity with business process modeling (BPMN), use cases, and workflow diagrams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
