Job Description:

As Business Analyst you will be in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, clarifying business needs, requirements management and solution evaluation, to deliver business value in a fast-growing business (initiatives and releases).

Job Responsibility:

identify potential improvements
elicit, analyse, challenge and document all business needs
identify the business consequences and risks with solution alternatives
assure quality and traceability of stakeholder needs and business requirements
communicate, clarify and safeguard evolving business needs
clarify business needs during definition and validation of high level & low-level design
review test plans and test cases
support the planning and execution of testing activities
secure and hand over requirement related artefacts to development and line organisation

Requirements:

extensive knowledge and experience in business analysis and modelling
requirements management process according to BABOK and BA certification
knowledge of / experience from working towards finance management processes (especially Financial planning & budgeting processes)
experience of SAAS based EPM software and driver based planning methodology
excellent analytical skills
experience from working in agile methodology
knowledge of test methods and tools with focus on acceptance testing
understanding of unit, system and integration testing
excellent listening skills
ability to build trustful relationships
ability to work in a changing environment
university degree or equivalent work experience
experience in working with global and/or remote teams
