Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to analyze business operations, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and contribute to business decisions with Robert Half, a firm specializing in talent solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to solve problems and advance business initiatives
Support the improvement of business processes by identifying and recommending changes
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data analysis and reporting
Actively contribute to meetings, providing valuable insights and listening attentively
Maintain organized and detailed documentation of business processes and recommendations
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives
Assist in the accurate and comprehensive gathering, documentation, and analysis of business requirements from stakeholders

Requirements:

Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
Understanding of Business Process Functions
Experience with Business Requirement Document creation and maintenance
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis functions
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format complex documents
Understanding of business process functions, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Experience in creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents, ensuring they accurately reflect the needs and goals of the business
