Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in translating business needs into financial actions and solutions, supporting managers in achieving financial targets, discovering opportunities for improvement, and motivating your team to excel. Job Responsibility:

Translate the business plan of the store into a clear action plan for the department and implement various actions
support co-managers in drawing up an annual schedule with financial targets and help follow it up
report the monthly and annual results
support the management team in discovering new opportunities and improvements and follow up the actions
support various departments in achieving financial targets
inspire, motivate, and engage the team to achieve the set targets.

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions
experience in business with a good understanding of accounting principles
solid leadership experience
problem-solving and decision-making skills in a challenging and ever-changing retail environment.
