Their parent company is based in London where you will arrange group conferences twice a year which are social events that all employees attend.
Job Responsibility:
Heavy Administration Tasks: Manage a variety of administrative duties to ensure smooth operations
Finance Management: Utilise Excel for forecasting, handling spreadsheets, running reports and managing invoicing and payments from contractors
Customer Service: Engage with stakeholders, public sector professionals, councils and emergency services. Liaise with contractors regarding tenders and project inquiries
Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met
Event Management: Assist in organising events and represent the company on the ground at various stands and functions
Requirements:
