Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Data Analyst in New York, New York. This role is within the industry and will be responsible for improving our business processes and functions through comprehensive data analysis.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize Atlassian Jira and CRM software to manage and analyze business data
Conduct Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in our business processes
Generate and maintain detailed business requirement documents
Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports and presentations based on data analysis findings
Implement AB Testing methods to evaluate the success of business strategies
Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to manage projects and improve efficiency
Oversee Claim Administration processes to ensure they are compliant and efficient
Collaborate with team members to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to improve business process functions based on data analysis results

Requirements:

Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
Experience with CRM systems
Ability to perform Gap Analysis
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Experience in AB Testing
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
Understanding of Business Process Functions
Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents
Experience in Claim Administration
