Job Description:

A role within a reputable property developer in Malaysia, focusing on land acquisition and business development tasks while fostering relationships and analyzing market trends.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales & Marketing, Project Planning, Project Implementation) and external parties to conduct feasibility studies on land banks and potential acquisitions
Identify and secure new land banks or real estate projects through networking, real estate agents, and third-party contacts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Monitor competitor activities and market demand to support strategic decision-making
Represent the company in discussions with investors, partners, and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in property development, quantity surveying or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in land acquisition and business development
Strong networking and negotiation abilities
A deep understanding of market trends, zoning laws, and financial modeling
