Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for one of the leading MNC players in the direct-selling (MLM) space to develop the East Coast.

Job Responsibility:

Drive exponential business expansion across the East Coast region through strategic dealer acquisition and development
Develop and execute dynamic sales strategies, consistently exceeding targets and cultivating high-performing teams
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize regional performance, fostering strong partnerships and empowering field leaders to achieve peak results
Identify and capitalize on regional opportunities, providing impactful training and support to ensure sustained growth and collaborative success

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience within the Direct-Selling (MLM), Insurance, or a related industry
Demonstrated success in achieving sales and recruitment targets, with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing sales teams
Able to travel and cover the entire East Coast region
Strong communicator able to build relationships across diverse groups
