Job Description:

This company is known for providing full range solutions and services for Data Center in the South East Asia region. As this industries continues its growth and expansion, they are now seeking for an experienced Business Development Manager to build new business opportunities in the industry.

Job Responsibility:

Engage in thorough research to uncover potential leads, establish connections with key decision-makers, and carefully select opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives
Supervise the progression of existing sales pipelines while simultaneously cultivating new business opportunities to drive growth
Analyze market trends and customer needs to construct comprehensive sales pipelines that span short, medium, and long-term horizons, ensuring alignment with business targets
Conduct in-depth surveys and market analyses to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations that inform company decisions
Develop a range of sales materials, including presentations, quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and strategic sales documents, tailored for both new and existing clients
Design, implement, and execute strategic sales and marketing campaigns aimed at achieving business objectives and expanding market presence
Ensure adherence to high service quality standards and maintain continuous dialogue with clients to uphold service level agreements and foster strong relationships

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or any engineering qualification
Possess working experience in the M&E or Data Centre industry will be added advantage
Possess strong communication and organizational skills
Eager to growth the business and team
Willing to travel
