Job Responsibility:
Advocate the company's offerings to prospective customers
Engage in collaborative business conferences to update crucial stakeholders
Provide ongoing, constructive critique to sales colleagues
Supervise a team of sales development representatives, offering comprehensive training and support
Address client inquiries regarding the company's products or services
Implement and supervise CRM tools, with emphasis on Salesforce
Constantly improve sales induction and training schemes
Monitor sales progress for alignment with company objectives
Educate and improve competencies of sales personnel
Set and track performance indicators for sales representatives concerning consultations scheduled and held
Act as a motivator and talent developer, using gamification techniques
Implement and oversee performance-driven compensation schemes
Requirements:
Proven experience in leading sales teams
Expertise in developing and enhancing sales introduction and training schemes
Sharp skills in negotiation and professional connections
Excellent organizational abilities
Solid problem-solving capabilities
Academic background in business or real estate
Living in or able to commute to Cincinnati, Ohio
