We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, particularly within the Brazilian market. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and ultimately driving revenue growth through outbound efforts.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities within the Brazil market
Discover new accounts not created in the CRM and ensure their accurate documentation within the system
Attend events and industry conferences to network and generate leads
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies
Leverage your expertise in SaaS solutions to articulate the value proposition of CleverTap's platform to potential clients
Utilize a variety of tools, including Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Outreach, and Apollo, to streamline sales processes and maximize efficiency
Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to establish rapport and understand their business needs
Conduct thorough research on target accounts and industries to tailor outreach efforts effectively
Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in our CRM system
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in outbound sales as a BDR
Minimum of 12 months of experience in the SaaS industry
Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Outreach, and Apollo
Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English
Strong understanding of BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification methodology
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other related field
