Job Description:

The GLO Technology and Data Solution Business Engagement Lead contributes to data solution management and communications as well as business users satisfaction and solution implementation success. Responsible for timely deliverables, project staffing and overall satisfaction of the business users. This role involves learning data modeling best practices, integrating data from various sources, ensuring data consistency and accuracy, and maintaining clear documentation.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with AMS PFEP analyst
Learn the basics of material replenishment and the PFEP framework
Implement data modeling best practices
Integrate data from different sources
Ensure data consistency and accuracy
Work with APIs, databases, and other data sources
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
Troubleshoot and resolve data issues
Implement data quality checks and validation processes
Maintain clear documentation of data engineering processes
Follow best practices in data management, security, and compliance
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

Pursuing Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Economics/Industrial Engineering/Data Engineering
Currently studying for at least the next 6 months
Located in Costa Rica
Experienced in MS Office
Initial experienced in project work
Very good in verbal and written communication
Able to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and changing business needs
