Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Stop Loss Team to develop and implement comprehensive reporting solutions to improve insights and decision-making across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Improve data accessibility and reporting capabilities for key business decisions
Enhance data visualization by designing and building interactive dashboards to visualize key financial metrics
Streamline reporting processes and reduce manual data manipulation
Design and develop data models and reporting structures
Utilize data visualization tools to create compelling dashboards and reports
Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity
Automate reporting processes where possible
Provide ongoing support and training on reporting tools to users

Requirements:

5+ years work experience
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience in data warehousing and data modeling concepts
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey data insight to stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutions
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R)
