Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience working with BI tools, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and impactful way. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that optimize performance across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into data solutions
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all reporting platforms
Automate data processes and improve efficiency in reporting workflows
Present insights and recommendations to business leaders to support strategic decision-making
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for data visualization and reporting
Strong SQL skills for querying and data extraction
Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases
Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills

Nice to have:

Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data management
