Job Description:

As a BI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our data and warehouse operations, with a specialization in PowerBI and NetSuite. Your responsibilities will not only include executing existing reports but also establishing new ones, leveraging your knowledge of Microsoft Azure infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and manage BI solutions
Provide reports, processes, and Excel VBA applications through the application life cycle
Collaborate with business users to define and implement BI requirements
Utilize Microsoft Azure for setting up reports and managing data infrastructure
Offer support for PowerBI and NetSuite related issues
Design, code, test, and aggregate results from SQL queries to provide information to users
Create and maintain documentation for all projects
Understand the data, systems, and tools to ensure report accuracy
Monitor and support the daily data warehouse workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and develop new metrics, reports, and dashboards

Requirements:

Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and practices
Extensive knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with Windows Azure
Ability to utilise NetSuite for various business applications
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data
Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL tools
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with other team members and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience as a BI Engineer or similar role
An understanding of BI technologies and their application in a business setting
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technologies
