This role involves managing the development and strategic execution of commercial plans, driving innovative ideas for business growth and execution excellence. This role also includes executing projects, conducting data analysis, and market research. As an expert, you will be responsible for business development, administration and implementation of marketing programs for GSS. Additionally, you will develop a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development program, market development and digital projects while working closely with our channel partners.
Job Responsibility:
Develop strategic commercial plans and design marketing programs to drive the short-term and long-term growth of the business, inclusive of digital strategy
Work with commercial team closely to provide execution support to better utilize sales aids and medical publications
Responsible for planning and executing the marketing activities within the approved operating expense level
Analyze competitive environment and accessing internal competencies to formulate sustainable and competitive strategy for GSS
Engage cross functional team members, to ensure implementation of strategy and delivering performance, including long term projects collaboration with government/medical affairs team
Based on solid market understanding, develop ongoing strategies to support portfolio expansion, if needed
Develop solid relationships with KOLs and patient associations (if any) and ensures that common goals are set and delivered
Manage strong global and regional relationships with relevant marketing and support functions within Baxter and share best practice as required
Development of business tactical plans for market development growth opportunities for product/therapy assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Science or equivalent
MBA is preferred
Minimum 10 years of capital equipment experience in medical device industry in Sales and Marketing roles
Prior experience working with channel partners to meet business objectives
Strong clinical acumen
Proven track record for consistency in performance within sales or marketing function
Strategic thinking, innovative and strong analytical skills to drive marketing plans
Leadership skills
Strong KOL management skills
Able to work with cross functional team to drive results
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Good interpersonal skill and a team player
