Manage company finances, human resources, and day-to-day office administration for a Pennsylvania-based strategic communications firm.
Job Responsibility:
Manage bookkeeping, invoicing and accounts receivable/accounts payable, and financial reporting to support decision making, budgeting, and financial reporting
Work closely with outside accounting and payroll firm to maintain efficient accounting processes and internal controls and monitor payroll and related tax filings
Ensure that all company taxes are timely paid and all government reporting requirements are met
Manage the firm’s human resources, including employee processing and compensation, development and management of all benefits including insurance, leave and compensation
Work with outside firms to oversee 401(k) plan and insurance benefits
Responsible for day-to-day administration to keep office running smoothly, including office systems and supplies and equipment procurement
Manage all internal maintenance and office issues
Provide administrative support and customer service
Requirements:
Proficient in QuickBooks
experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
