Job Description:

Your future employer is an entrepreneurial startup developer based in Kuala Lumpur, committed to creating innovative properties using sustainable practices to benefit the community. This person will be responsible for setting up the foundation of the company, streamlining company operations, and ensuring long-term scalability and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Establish and lead key departments (Sales, Customer Service, Project, and Operations)
Develop internal processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Build business frameworks to support company growth and scalability
Define and oversee long-term company expansion strategies
Identify business direction, market positioning, and strategic growth opportunities
Monitor industry trends, challenges, and propose improvement strategies
Enhance brand positioning and reputation within the real estate industry
Build strong relationships with external stakeholders (investors, developers, partners)
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across departments
Implement best practices for project management, customer service, and business functions.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field
8-10 years of experience in business operations, corporate strategy, or general management, preferably in property development, real estate, or construction-related industries
Proven track record in setting up and leading multiple departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Project, etc.)
Experience in building business processes, SOPs, and company frameworks from the ground up
Prior experience in a startup environment is highly desirable, especially for those who have been involved in launching or scaling a business.
