Job Description:

The Operational Risk & Controls Analyst provides operational/service leadership as part of the EUC (End User Computing) Governance Team. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of EUC expertise. Execute Risk Control coverage strategy, ensure appropriate risk mitigation actions are in place and escalate to senior management as appropriate. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.

Job Responsibility:

Execute Risk Control coverage strategy
Ensure appropriate risk mitigation actions are in place
Escalate to senior management as appropriate
Implement a best in practice Testing and Governance model
Monitor progress against risk reduction methods
Analyze EUC Policy Conformance Metrics
Report to the head of SSO EUC Governance team
Support on other major Risk and Control initiatives
Drive a culture of risk awareness and best practice

Requirements:

5-8 years of relevant experience
Experience in risk management and/or regulatory compliance in one or more of the following risk disciplines: technology risk, business continuity, operational risk, or audit and controls
Preferred to have governance experience with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed critical milestones
Experience of being part of global team across multiple locations
Bachelor/University Degree preferred
Good Understanding of Citi’s Securities Services Business preferred
Excellent communication skills
