Job Description:

The Business Execution team supports strategic and business-critical initiatives, governance, Legal Entity management, Transformation execution, and risk and control environment. The role involves promoting proactive controls, coordinating meetings, ensuring compliance, and supporting key initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Support the Chief Executive of CGMK and Head of Business Execution on promoting a culture of proactive controls
coordinate CGMK meetings
prepare materials for governance meetings
ensure compliance with local laws and Citi’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework
champion key initiatives
participate in Transformation programs
support key initiatives and ad hoc projects
assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

5-8 years relevant experience
project management skills
quantitative aptitude
ability to synthesize and communicate complex business issues
good interpersonal skills
extensive project management and strategic analysis experience
interest and experience in financial services, technology, and data mining

Nice to have:

Masters degree preferred
