Job Description:

The Business Sr. Lead Analyst is a strategic professional focusing on Wealth Risk Management from an Oversight Technology and Process perspective. The role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and administrative experience to manage a global organization and provide data & analytics solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and lead a variety of activities geared at helping manage a global organization with resources and providing data & analytics solutions to all regions and lines of businesses
Review Risk Management Framework and policies and provide credible challenge
Ensure data is summarized from across the business to provide critical information to executive team
Partner directly with various players across decision management groups, analyze data and evaluate multiple sources to develop recommendations on high-priority strategic initiatives
Establish best practices and principles for the decision management organization globally
Help provide oversight of the Business Critical Milestone Reporting process and various other executive / client / management reporting processes
Work with the team and respective Decision Management leaders on the communication strategy for the department and facilitate the development of communication materials and presentations for senior management

Requirements:

+5 years in Risk Management ideally within Wealth Risk Management
10+ years experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
10+ years Business Analyst / PM skills - work experience in area related to analytics and/or strategy consulting
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
