Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and versatile Business Support Office Administrator to support company owners and managers with day-to-day operations with our client in the Bedminster area. The role includes office administration, project and accounting support, human resources, and other miscellaneous tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and contributing to a variety of business functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle mail, deliveries, visitor reception, meeting room reservations, and office maintenance
  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, billing, and database management
  • Help with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, and scheduling professional development meetings
  • Support technology acquisitions.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with employees, clients, and vendors
  • Eagerness to learn and take on diverse responsibilities
  • 3 years+ of corporate office experience.

Nice to have:

System experience in Excel for reports and analyzing office data/spreadsheets.
