Job Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in Katy, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be tasked with analyzing our business systems, documenting processes, and making necessary improvements to ensure our operations run smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize Atlassian Jira and Confluence to manage and track projects
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in business systems
Implement AB Testing methods to validate system enhancements
Work within Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver projects on time
Manage CRM data and provide insightful reports to the team
Conduct Backlog Grooming sessions to prioritize work effectively
Document business processes and functions accurately
Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents to guide system development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business systems align with company goals
Continuously monitor and adjust business systems to meet changing needs

Requirements:

Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence software
Extensive knowledge of business systems and their operation
Proficiency in using CRM software for client management
Expertise in performing Gap Analysis to identify system improvements
Experience with AB Testing to compare system functionalities
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for project management
Ability to perform Backlog Grooming to prioritize tasks
Understanding of Business Process Functions and their impact on operations
Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents
