Job Description:

The role involves gathering and designing business requirements, developing an understanding of business applications, generating future-state designs, creating data mapping documentation, specifying non-functional requirements, and collaborating with various teams to refine design and specification documentation.

Job Responsibility:

Engage actively in the gathering and designing of business requirements and processes
Develop an understanding of in-scope business applications, systems, and processes
Generate future-state business, process, and technical designs, changes, and impacts
Create data mapping documentation
Specify non-functional requirements
Collaborate closely with software developers, systems analysts, business analysts, and QA testers

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in the role of Business Systems Analyst
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Extensive experience working with business systems
Solid background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Proficiency in conducting Gap Analysis
Experience in AB Testing is a significant advantage
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
Experience in Backlog Grooming is highly desirable
Understanding of various Business Process Functions
Ability to draft detailed Business Requirement Documents
Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Nice to have:

Experience in AB Testing
Experience in Backlog Grooming
