Job Description:

This role is pivotal in managing and supporting a wide range of legacy applications, moving into the testing phase of the Odessa migration, and taking on the ServiceNow configuration project.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and support various client legacy applications
Contribute significantly to the testing phase of the Odessa migration from SAP
Take on the ServiceNow configuration project
Handle and optimize SQL related tasks
Monitor and support the implementation of VOIP (RingCentral)
Oversee the implementation of the IVR system
Manage and maintain the Fresh Desk ticketing system
Utilize the WMS by Datascan effectively
Perform application configuration as required

Requirements:

Proficiency in Application Configuration
Solid understanding of SQL
Demonstrable experience in Query Optimization
Knowledge of SQL Stored Procedures
Experience in ServiceNow Development
Proficiency in ServiceNow Application
Experience in ServiceNow Implementation
Familiarity with the ServiceNow Platform
