Business Systems Analyst

• Develop expertise in our business applications, processes, data relationships, and integration
• Establish yourself as a trusted expert partner for our internal Business Stakeholders
• Define business analysis requirements and configuration specifications
• Conduct quality assurance activities, including creation of user stories, test scripts, and system integration testing
• Assist our business partners in conducting User Acceptance Testing
• Maintain and enhance relationships with partners, working with them to optimize our solutions
• Lead the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes
• Identify common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to our technology teams
• Effectively communicate key insights and findings to our technology teams
• Continually seek ways to improve our monitoring processes, discover issues, and deliver better value to our customers.

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in Salesforce Administration is essential
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data is necessary
• Strong knowledge of business process and system development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly
• Proficiency in using business software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Experience in business case development and cost/benefit analysis
• Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge of security systems, protocols, and standards would be an added advantage
• Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst certifications required.
