This role is pivotal in the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) domain, where you will contribute to the design, analysis, and support of EDI solutions. You will also play a key role in the optimization of workflows and in the resolution of EDI-related issues.
Job Responsibility:
Design, analyze, and support EDI solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of various trading partners
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for EDI transactions
Develop data mapping specifications to ensure smooth data transformation between systems
Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related problems while providing timely support to both internal and external stakeholders
Identify potential enhancements in EDI workflows and recommend process improvement opportunities
Create and maintain detailed documentation of EDI processes, data mappings, and system configurations
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred
2+yrs as an IT BSA
Must be Detail Oriented
Strong documentation skills
Strong Communication Skills
Experience with Requirements Gathering
Strong research and analytics skills
Intermediate Knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to write BRD (Business Requirements Document), FSD (Functional Specification Documents), Data Mapping Documents
